Environmental Conditioning

At Geode Inc we offer a wide variety of cooling and environmental conditioning systems. We have found that Liebert cooling units are the most efficient and effective. These cooling units range from small, wall-mounted units, to industrial-sized cooling and conditioning systems. Below is a list of the Liebert products we currently suggest:

• Ceiling mount cooling unit – Mini-Mate 2
  The Mini-Mate 2 offers precision cooling, humidity control, and air filtration, without taking up valuable floor space. It is also has an energy efficient free cooling option that works by taking advantage of colder outdoor temperatures and bypassing compressor operation. Its size makes it ideal for network closets, control rooms, network facilities, and other critical electronic systems. The Mini-Mate 2 also works great when paired with other units of its kind to give the same precision cooling, but has the ability to cover more square footage than one unit alone.

• Wall mount cooling unit – Data-Mate
  The Liebert wall mount Data-Mate is designed for year-round temperature and humidity control as well as air filtration. Its low profile allows space saving wall mount installation. Not only is designed for long-term reliability, the Data-Mate also adapts to a variety of building architectures with self-contained or split system configurations. This space efficient cooling unit is ideal for network closets, telecommunications equipment, small data centers, and medical imaging suites. Like the Mini-Mate 2, the Data-Mate also works well in coordination with other units of its size to cover a larger area with the same temperature control.

• Floor mount small cooling unit – Challenger 3000
  The Liebert Challenger 3000 is ideal for facilities where space is at a premium, allowing full access from the front to all critical components. The Challenger 3000 offers two levels of micro compressor control systems and provides enhanced temperature control with optional SCR-controlled reheat. By utilizing fast response microprocessor controls, the Challenger 3000 minimizes short cycling and other wasteful operating patterns. It also produces minimal noise levels.

• Floor mount large cooling unit – Liebert Himod
  The Liebert Himod is a space-saving, low-noise unit perfect for data centers, industrial process control centers, telecommunication facilities, and more. The Himod has the lowest total cost of ownership by saving energy with highly efficient Glycool and Dual Cool hybrid models. It also includes a multitude of environmental functions such as cooling, reheat, dehumidification, humidification, and filtration, along with an intelligent control system.

• Floor mount large cooling unit – Liebert Deluxe System/3
  The Liebert Deluxe System/3 provides precise, reliable environmental control, allowing proper operation of critical electronic equipment. The Deluxe System/3 is extremely flexible and allows installation in up flow or down flow configuration. It can also be installed in Air, Water, Glycol, GLYCOOL, and Chilled Water models. This large floor-mount cooling system features reliable refrigeration components, such as dual, semi-hermetic compressors and A-frame evaporator coils, which are all factory pre-piped, wired, and tested, in a rugged, easy-access tubular steel frame.

• Floor mount large cooling unit – Liebert DS
  Liebert DS is available in down flow and up flow models from 28-105 kW (8-30 ton) capacities. This cooling system offers a choice of compressors, including Digital Scroll, scroll, and semi-hermetic four-step models. It also offers ultra energy efficient GLYCOOL and Dual Cool hybrid models. Ideal for data centers, telecommunication facilities, and other sensitive electronic applications.

• Floor mount industrial cooling unit – Liebert ICS
  The Liebert ICS unit is an industrial cooling unit designed for the physical needs of industrial sites. It is available in capacities from 140 to 210 kW (40-60) tons, in 50 Hz or 60 Hz models. This cooling unit offers three levels of microprocessor control systems and includes all cooling, reheat, humidification, dehumidification, and control functions in a self-contained package. It also provides additional corrosion resistance in harsh environments, through high quality, durable components and optional protective coatings.

• Rack mount fan air flow cooling – Liebert XDA
  The Liebert XDA fits most rack enclosures, making it flexible, while also enhancing the cooling effectiveness of data center precision cooling systems. This cooling system increases air flow through rack enclosures that have an obstructed air pattern. It is an ideal fit for high heat density rack applications, in conjunction with a data center precision cooling system.

• High density rack cooling – Liebert XDF
  The Liebert high density rack cooling system provides the benefits of big room support in a cost-effective package. The XDF cooling unit deploys quickly with easily adaptable, plug-and-play installation. This self-contained air-cooled model requires only AC power connection. Its powerful system triggers automatic back-up ventilation in case of overheating in the rack. It also provides integrated high density cooling with optimized horizontal air flow.

• High density rack water chiller cooling – XDP – XDC
  Both the Liebert XDP and XDC units are system matched pumping units, designed to work in conjunction with Liebert XD system spot/zone cooling modules. These units cool more than 30kW per rack, and include enclosures, pumps, heat exchanger, receiver tank, controls, valves, and piping as a package for easy installation. The Liebert XDP and XDC units maintain the coolant at a temperature always above the dew point, to prevent condensation.
